										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="https://jtcc-consultant.com/?p=3906&amp;preview=true">ENJINER INSTRUMEN SISTEM ALAT UKUR</a> -Kebutuhan personal pemegang jabatan tenaga teknik khusus yang standar berkualifikasi dan kompeten di sector industri minyak dan gas bumi (migas), bidang instrumen Sistem Alat Ukur makin di rasakan penting dengan adanya sifat khusus padat teknologi, padat modal dan berisiko tinggi serta untuk memenuhi syarat dalam menghadapi era globalisasi perdagangan bebas untuk masyarakat ekonomi ASEAN (MEA), AFTA dan AFLA.</p>
<p>Kompetensi kerja personal yang profesional ini merupakan persyaratan minimal yang harus di penuhi oleh pemegang jabatan tenaga teknik khusus (TTK) dalam rangka memastikan proses penerimaan, penyediaan <a href="https://jtcc-consultant.com/?p=3906&amp;preview=true">instrumen</a> Sistem Alat Ukur yang dapat berfungsi baik, akurat, andal dan layak operasi dengan aman. Mengoperasikan instrumen Sistem Alat Ukur yang dapat berfungsi baik, akurat, andal, layak dan aman dalam aspek legal pengukuran measurement custody transfer dan/atau aspek keselamatan ”safety device” pada kegiatan usaha minyak dan gas bumi.</p>
<p>Instrumen Sistem Alat Ukur (Measurement System) adalah satu kesatuan unit kerja dari perangkat alat ukur dan perlengkapannya sebagai fasilitas pengukuran statis atau dinamis dan penghitung variabel proses untuk keperluan penyerahan / transaksi legal ”Custody Transfer” dan/atau keselamatan operasi ”Safety Device” pada kegiatan usaha minyak dan gas bumi.</p>
<p>Dalam rangka memenuhi amanat UU No. 22 tahun 2001 tentang minyak dan gas bumi pasal 39 dan 40 bahwa perusahaan migas wajib menjamin standar dan mutu, kemudian UU No. 13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan serta PP No. 23 tahun 2004 tentang Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP), maka perlu di laksanakan sertifikasi kompetensi kerja yang mengacu kepada SKKNI yang telah di wajibkan melalui Peraturan Menteri ESDM No. <a href="https://jogjatrainingandcareercenter.wordpress.com/?p=1895">20</a> tahun 2008.</p>
<h3><strong>TUJUAN</strong></h3>
<p>Mengetahui sekaligus memastikan standar kompetensi inspektur instrumen alat ukur dengan acuan SKKNI melalui ketelusuran bukti dan pengalaman, sehingga tersedianya tenaga kerja kompeten di bidang Enjiner Instrumen Sistem Alat Ukur pada industri <a href="https://jtcc-consultant.com/?p=3906&amp;preview=true">sektor migas</a>.</p>
<h3><strong>SERTIFIKAT KOMPETENSI</strong></h3>
<p>Bagi peserta / asesi yang telah mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan assessment dan di nyatakan lolos kualifikasi dan administrasi, akan direkomendasikan untuk memperoleh sertifikat kompetensi dari Badan Nasional Sertifikasi <a href="https://jogjatrainingandcareercenter.wordpress.com/?p=1895">Profesi</a> (BNSP).</p>

<h3><strong>METODE UJI KOMPETENSI</strong></h3>
<p>Setiap peserta akan di berikan penilaian berupa evaluasi melalui ujian dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :</p>

<li>Pelaksanaan ujian dengan System Multiple Choice / Essay</li>
<li>Verifikasi portofolio melalui Interview atau Wawancara</li>
<li>Evaluasi melalui praktek lapangan (bila di perlukan)</li>
<li>Proses Uji Kompetensi di laksanakan selama 1 hari</li>
</ol>

<li>Pada sesi pembekalan / pelatihan, peserta akan diampu oleh praktisi bidang operasi Migas yang memiliki kompetensi teknis dan berpengalaman pada penanganan serah terima minyak dan gas bumi.</li>

<td valign="top" width="579">The training will be take about three days &#8211; the first two days will cover basic conveyors, selection, safety, legal obligations, terminology and background and an optional third day will deal with the nuts and bolts of conveyor, chute and feeder design. Belt conveyors frequently provide the most satisfactory and economical method of transporting materials such as mine ores, earth, sand, crushed stone, cement and concrete. The high and continuous speed of operation of the belt makes for a high capacity of transport of materials. This workshop is designed for engineers and technicians from a wide range of abilities and backgrounds and will provide an excellent introduction to troubleshooting, maintenance and basic design rules of conveyors and chutes. It is intended to cover the fundamentals of belt conveying and would be useful for those with little experience in this area. Before commencing a detailed course on conveyors it is important to have a solid practical knowledge of the material to be conveyed. A basic knowledge is provided of the bulk materials characteristics and properties. This will enable you to have a far stronger ability to troubleshoot and design workable conveyor systems. <p>This special practical approach course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of applied corrosion prevention, control and monitoring techniques for oil and gas surface facilities equipment and pipeline, combating internal corrosion damages using chemical inhibitor injection, and to improve personal skill and ability to control, monitor and evaluate the results of pigging operation and chemical injection with corrosion coupon, scale coupon, ER corrosion probes and LPR corrosion probes.</p>
